Mode, Frequency, Duration, Intensity

Now that you have a basic understanding of exercise concepts, you will want to determine the mode, frequency, duration, and intensity of your exercise.

MODE - Type of exercise: running, walking, cycling, in-line skating
FREQUENCY - How often you do the exercise
DURATION - How long you perform the exercise
INTENSITY - The degree of effort that you put into your exercise determines whether or not your exercise is aerobic or anaerobic)
